Reasonable layering structure of glass fiber reinforced plastic tank is a good guarantee for strength and corrosion resistance of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The glass fiber reinforced plastic tank wall consists of the following three layers: the inner layer consisting of a resin-rich layer and an intermediate layer. The resin-rich layer of GFRP hydrochloric acid tank is reinforced by lining resin and organic fiber polyester felt. The resin content is more than 90%, and its thickness is about 015 mm. The layer has good air tightness and lubrication. It mainly provides corrosion resistance and anti-penetration ability of products. The intermediate layer is composed of lining resin and alkali-free glass fiber radiation yarn. The resin content is 70%~ 80% and the thickness is about 2mm. The main function of this layer is to maintain the resin-rich layer, improve the internal pressure failure resistance of the inner layer and prevent the crack from spreading, as well as strengthen and accept tensile stress, compressive stress and various external loads, and maintain the inner layer. The resin content of glass fiber reinforced plastic transportation tank is 30%~ 40%, and its thickness is confirmed by calculation according to load conditions. Adding a proper amount of filler to the resin can improve the wear resistance of GFRP; the outer layer, also called outer resin-rich layer, resin content is more than 90%, thickness is about 115 mm. Glass fiber outer felt is used for reinforcement, and 011~ 012mm thin glass ribbon can be used for reinforcement sometimes. At the same time, ultraviolet absorber is added into the resin to avoid aging. This layer is mainly used to protect the outer wall from external mechanical damage and UV protection.
