Production process of FRP tank

The forming process of FRP storage tank is controlled by computer, and the inner liner (such as anticorrosive lining) is produced on the core mould according to the requirement. Reinforcement layer production: the winding layer shall not have broken yarn, so as to avoid affecting the strength of the storage tank and compacting layer by layer.

The outer protective layer is made: the outer protective layer is used as the key layer to prevent the environment from being eroded and aged by the external environment. Maintenance skills of FRP tank

1. The FRP tank is only used under the design conditions, and the medium can not be changed at will; if the design conditions are met, the medium shall be cleaned when changing;

4. Avoid long-term exposure to the sun and harsh environment;

FRP tank can be designed according to the stress characteristics of the products, so as to give full play to the tensile strength of the fiber.
