25 specification: thickness (mm): 25 aperture size (mm): 38 * 38 standard size (mm): 1220 * 3660 bearing capacity is about 1 ton.
30 specification: thickness (mm): 30 aperture size (mm): 38 * 38 standard size (mm): 1220 * 3660 bearing capacity is about 3 tons.
38 specification: thickness (mm): 38 aperture size (mm): 38 * 38 standard size (mm): 1220 * 3660 bearing capacity is about 6 tons.
50 specification: thickness (mm): 50 aperture size (mm): 50 * 50 standard size (mm): 1220 * 3660 bearing capacity is about 9 tons.
The specification of the FRP cover plate is the same as that of the FRP grid, but the corresponding specification is 2mm more. For example, the specification of FRP grid is 25 / 30 / 38 / 50 / 60 / 70, while that of FRP cover plate is 27 / 32 / 40 / 52 / 62 / 72.
Many customers think that as long as the trench is covered with GRP cover plate, they will not need to worry about it. In fact, even if the trench is covered with GRP grid, they should clean it regularly, which not only can increase the service life of GRP cover plate grid, but also can prevent the trench from blocking.
