The underground pultrusion winding power pipe abandons the traditional manufacturing process of single FRP pipe, adopts the integrated continuous forming production line technology, and adopts intelligent control, so that the product quality inconsistency caused by human factors can be solved in the production process of the pipe. Let's take a look at the precautions in the use of buried pultrusion wound power pipes:

1. The buried pultrusion winding power pipe is generally 1.3-1.6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

 

2. After the trench for laying the power pipe is excavated, the trench bottom must be tamped and leveled. If the soil quality of the trench is not good, a 100mm thick concrete foundation shall be built, and the outer diameter of the pipe shall not be less than 100mm from the foundation edge. In case of crossing with other pipelines or encountering sand and gravel soil layer, reinforced concrete foundation shall be adopted according to design opinions.

3. Check each pipe before running. Cracks and other defects that do not meet the specifications shall not be used.

4. When laying the pipe, do not let the pipe hang in the air. Therefore, a small working pit shall be left at each pipe interface. If the pipe is laid on the concrete foundation, 20 mm sand or screened fine soil shall be laid on the foundation.

 

5. When installing the joint, the pipe hoop shall be coated with soapy water and then threaded in until the distance between the two pipe orifices reaches 10-15mm.

6. After the electric pipe is laid between manholes, it shall be checked and aligned by a specially assigned person, and only after it is qualified can it be backfilled. Both sides of the pipe and the "chest" must be tamped during soil restoration. Within 200 mm from both sides of the pipe, it is not allowed to backfill hard objects such as stones. It is required to backfill sand or screened fine soil.

7. If multiple pipes are laid horizontally, the distance between the pipe walls shall not be less than 40mm. During soil restoration, the two pipes must be filled with fine soil or sand and compacted.

 

The buried pultrusion winding power pipe adopts the high-pressure impregnation method during the impregnation, so as to increase the material density of the pipe by nearly 20%. The increase of the material density will increase the product strength, the ring stiffness and the impact resistance. Similarly, the high-temperature and high-pressure impregnation technology will greatly improve the temperature resistance of the product.
