After the FRP grating emerges from the mold, it is a semi-finished product. It is grooved, and may be treated because the resin does not saturate the glass fiber filaments and some small pores are present. So what do you need to do with the semi-finished FRP grating?
First, the FRP grating board is lifted out, lifted to the sander and polished. When grinding, adjust the scale on the sander, just use the groove on the FRP grating to polish it off.
2. Secondly, flush the dust on the surface of the FRP grating with a high-pressure water gun. Flushing is also required at the right angles including the inside of the grid. Wash and dry.
3. After drying the FRP grating, white sanding marks appear on the upper surface. Roll the varnish with a roller and the surface will be brighter. The white marks are gone, and the original color of the FRP grating appears on the surface. Or the surface is sprayed with resin, which is more uniform and better.
4. After processing, cover with plastic film to prevent dust from falling.
5. If there are too many pores, it needs to be repaired with the thick material. If the repair is not finished, the paint will be better.
